DMCT series Liquid Nitrogen Cooled MCT Detectors
Liquid nitrogen cooled infrared photodetector, spectral range: 2~22μm
Features:
DMCT(x)-De has four spectral range, x- 12 / 14 / 16 / 22 μm, suitable for routine measurement, need to work with a preamplifier;
DMCT12-HS is a high speed response photodetector, integrated preamplifier, rise time is less 50ns; MCT photodetector application advices:
MCT photodetector is a near and middle infrared photodetector, it is convenient for connecting with spectrometer to put the liquid nitrogen dewar in the DEC chamber;
Liquid nitrogen cooled infrared photodetector, spectral range: 2~22μm
There are two models: DMCT(x)-De and DMCT12-HS:
■ DMCT(x)-De has four spectral range, x- 12 / 14 / 16 / 22 μm, suitable for routine measurement, need to work with a preamplifier;
■ DMCT12-HS is a high speed response photodetector, integrated preamplifier, rise time is less 50ns; MCT photodetector application advices:
■ MCT photodetector is a near and middle infrared photodetector, it is convenient for connecting with spectrometer to put the liquid nitrogen dewar in the DEC chamber;
■ Without preamplifier, DMCT(x)-De need a preamplifier to be used, and must work with lockin amplifier.
■ As a high speed photodetector, DMCT12-HS features a 20MHz preamplifier that can be used for Infrared time-resolved measurement and directly connect oscilloscope, the effective area size is 0.5 mm ;
■ User need to prepare liquid nitrogen for the photodetector, one bottle liquid nitrogen can keep 8 hours.
■ DMCT12-De01-PA、DMCT14-De01-PA、DMCT16-De01-PA、DMCT22-De01-PA have been configured with original preamplifier.
